I am excited for the classes to start in January. I  have set up the website so that people can sign up on line, but I know that some people like to have a paper copy and send things in by mail.  The brochure is ready and you can download it here.

I finished as much as I am going to do for now.  I hope there are not too many typos!  Classes start in January. All of the classes are up and can be signed up for via Paypal.  In the meantime I am getting ready for the Pleasant Ridge Holiday Faire sale in two weeks. I'll put up a few photos of the new work sometime soon.

I am trying to get everything transferred to this new webpage.  I may take a while to get the photos of my work--I'm trying to update everything.  In the meantime, I am working on the new brochure and website information for Winter classes.  I should have everything up and running sometime this week.  Classes will start in January and I am also planning a Open House/Open Studio day for Saturday, January 5th.  CHECK BACK!

Viroqua Empty Bowls

Tonight was the 6th annual Viroqua Empty Bowls.  It was a wonderful event.  Devorah Yahn did it again!  There was a wonderful array of bowls from Devorah, Greg Cheesebro, Darrel Bowman and myself.  There were also bowls from students at DeSoto High School.  As always, my favorite part was watching people choose their bowls.  It's such a delight to watch people pick up and handle each bowl they are considering until they finally feel the right one.

We form clay into a pot,
but it is the emptiness inside
that makes the vessel useful.
